The music and magic of the Cloister will accompany the wine and gastronomy at this “Fiesta”. DO Binissalem wine tasting from 10 wineries: Bodegas José L. Ferrer, Jaume de Puntiró, Vins Nadal, Vinyes i Vins Ca Sa Padrina, Can Ramis, Vinya Taujana, Celler Sebastià Pastor, Bodega Santa Catarina, Can Verdura and Can Fumat.
Gastronomy will be offered by 4 Chefs from ASCAIB, who will prepare “4 Author Tapas” elaborated with quality products (IGP/DOP) from the Balearic Islands: IGP Ensaïmada de Mallorca, IGP Sobrassada de Mallorca, DO Oli de Mallorca, DO Oliva de Mallorca, DO Queso Mahón-Menorca and IGP Ametlla de Mallorca.
